Medicare/Medicaid Eligible Transit |

Available City-Wide Transportation (ACT)
Provides transportation to city resident who are 60 years of age or older or
individual 18-59 who have disabilities. Transports to medical facilities in the
St. Louis area with designated days for county medical facilities. |

Medical Transportation Management
No cost, but service is limited to Medicaid recipients only. Goes to Medicaid
providers only. Door to Door. |

Bridgeton Community Center
Bridgeton residents 60+ or receive Social Security/ Disability. Trip must be
within Bridgeton. No charge to Bridgeton Residents. Curb to Curb. Door to Door. |

St. Louis Area on Aging (SLAAA)
The cost of the service is FREE for eligible, registered participants. SLAAA
offers curb-to-curb services to residents of the city of St Louis who are 60+ or
are disabled and between 18 and 59 years old. |

Demand and Response Transportation System (DARTS)
Major provider of paratransit services in St. Clair County. Part of Belleville
Area College Programs and Services for Older Persons. |

American Red Cross
Non-emergency transportation for all St. Louis area senior residents and
individuals 18 years or older who have a disability. Door-to-door services. $25
round trip minimal for Ambulatory people & $40 minimal round trip for wheelchair
or $12.50 one way for first 7 miles & $1.50 each mile after. |

Caring Hearts Transportation Inc.
$75 base cost price zip code to zip code. Door to Door service provided. 48
hours advance notice needed for trip reservations. |

OATS (Organized Alternative Transportation Service)
Suggested donation: $1.00 each way in same zip code, $2.50 each way across zip
codes. Serve seniors 60 & older; Service days vary with locations door to door. |

Berkeley -- Sr. Citizens Club
Free to senior Citizens 55 & older or disabled as long as they are Berkeley
Residents. Driveway to Driveway. |

Bevo 2001 Center
Bevo is a transportation service offered to area residents needing to go to the
doctor, shopping, for necessary business, such as banking, and bringing them to
the senior center. A donation of $1.50 is encouraged each way. |

Brentwood M.A.G.I.C. (Mature Adults Going in Class) Bus
This service is open to any Brentwood resident age 55 and older, or to persons
with a disability. The bus service is completely free. |

OACAP (Older Adult Community Action Program)
OACAP provides transportation for adults 60 years and older to grocery stores
and a MEAAA nutrition site in University City, works with local, state and
federal legislators on issues affecting older adults and conducts educational
meetings for the community. Door-to-Door services are available. Free of charge
but donations are accepted. |

Wellston and surrounding areas. For Wellston residents 62+. Donations
appreciated. Curb to Curb. |

Senior Resident’s Transportation Service Office (FLERT BUS)
Florissant residents in Florissant city limits only. Free of charge & no
donations are accepted. Florissant residents 60+ with Golden Age pass available
from City Hall. Disabled under 60 must get a pass and permission to ride. Door
to Door services provided. |

Bridgeton Community Center
Bridgeton residents 60+ or receive Social Security/ Disability. Trip must be
within Bridgeton. No charge to Bridgeton Residents. Curb to Curb. Door to Door. |

Delmar Gardens Home Care
Pricing is calculated by beginning zip code to destination zip code with a min.
$55 fee. Door to Door escort/ assistance group rates discounts available. |

Gateway Services

rate for after hour services. Door to Door help secure house escort to
appointments. |

Travels within Maplewood and Richmond Heights except for some medical trips
